Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, has been named the Official International Airline of the ‘This is My Life’ Fundraiser Concert to be held inIslamabadon September 15 to coincide with International Aids Day.

The airline will be flying in renowned Romanian music producer, singer and DJ, Vika Jigulina and her team to perform in a concert organized by Overseas Event Management, Project Blitz and Vermillion Events.

Vika Jigulina is the vocalist in the international dance hit ‘Stereo Love’ by Romanian producer and musician Edward Maya. Her other hits include ‘Desert Rain’, ‘This is my life’ and ‘Memories’.

Etihad Airways’ Area General Manager for Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal, Amer Khan, said: “It is an honour for Etihad Airways to be associated with Overseas Event Management, as it strives to create awareness of HIV inPakistan. HIV AIDS is a grave public health issue that threatens the lives of many.  It is vital that people become aware of the basic facts in order to stop its spread.”
