As per its tradition, Fauji Fertilizer company limited (FFC) organized a free Eye
Camp at village Souwal, Tehsil PindDadan Khan, District Jhelum, in collaboration with Al-Shifa Eye Trust,
an esteemed and trusted organization.
The aim of the camp was to provide the people with free eye check-ups, along with free medicine, and free
glasses to those in need.
Over 1300 patients had eye checkups, issued medicines and glasses. 113 cataract cases were referred to Al –
Shifa Eye Trust Hospital, Rawalpindi for free surgeries.
FFC also plans to conduct series of similar events in other parts of the country specifically for supporting
under privileged communities through its CSR program.
