The Swedish manufacturer of carrying cases for portable electronics, Krusell, releases its “Top 10”-list for January 2011. The list is based on the number of pieces of custom made mobile and smart phone cases ordered from Krusell during January 2011. Krusell’s list is unique due to the fact that it reflects the sales of phones in six continents and in more than 70 countries around the globe.

“The Top seller list of cases from Krusell is once again having Apple’s iPhone 4 on the top position. Besides Apple, the list is dominated by Nokia and Samsung, which makes sense if you look at their global market share on handsets. The start of 2011 has been great,” says Ulf Sandberg Managing Director at Krusell. “We have never had such a start on a new year as we have now. It seems like the demand for fashionable protection for smart phones and tablets is growing stronger and stronger all over the world.”
